Since 1976, the SEGUIN Group has been designing, manufacturing, and distributing high-performance, reliable, and environmentally friendly thermal control and energy generation solutions. This is a mission we pursue with conviction, and one that guides every decision we make: to balance energy efficiency with environmental responsibility.
Based in Auvergne, our family-owned business draws its strength from tradition while innovating to meet the challenges of the future.

Local roots
Our local roots are no accident—they are a choice. From our historic headquarters in Randan, we actively contribute to the economic and social vitality of rural communities. By creating jobs, fostering regional partnerships, and supporting local initiatives, we build sustainable and resilient ecosystems.
The SEGUIN Group comprises:
5 manufacturing facilities and 2 integrated testing laboratories that foster local innovation;
350 employees, including 120 in Randan, creating strong community ties; and
a QUALIOPI-certified training center that shares

Modernizing our equipment, optimizing our processes, and anticipating regulatory changes are the strategies we employ to ensure competitiveness and sustainability.
7 million euros invested over 5 years to modernize our production facilities; consolidated revenue of
100 million euros, the result of balanced and visionary management;
a strategy focused on quality and continuous improvement, minimizing after-sales service calls and aiming for 100% regulatory compliance.

The Environment
Protecting our environment is at the heart of our mission. Not because we have to, but because it is our duty to act—and that is what we have been doing since our founding. Every device we design is engineered for optimal energy efficiency while minimizing its carbon footprint.
Our 2022 carbon footprint report demonstrates transparency: 222,582 tons of CO2 emitted, 92% of which is linked to the use of our appliances. This finding fuels our commitment to innovate and guide our customers toward more responsible consumption.
Our concrete commitments:
Optimize product usage and extend product lifespans through educational kits such as the “First Fire” kit and a dedicated
customer portal; reduce waste and prioritize recyclable materials;
generate green energy with solar installations and expand our production capacity.
Our goals by 2029:
100% of appliances achieving an efficiency rating of over 77%.
Installation of charging stations at our French sites.
Our commitment extends beyond our borders: we support the Plantons pour l’Avenir fund, contributing to the sustainable management of 66.7 hectares of forest and the planting of over 81,000 trees.
The ECOVADIS Bronze Medal, renewed at the end of 2025, is a recognition of our efforts, but above all an encouragement to go further.

People are and always will be at the heart of everything we do. It is the men and women of the SEGUIN Group who shape our success every day. That is why their well-being, safety, and professional fulfillment are our top priorities.
We place prevention and training at the heart of our corporate policy: Systematic
inclusion of a prevention component during new employee orientation;
a goal to reduce the number of annual workplace accidents per site to fewer than 5 by 2026;
100% of health and safety training completed and regularly updated.
We have introduced a one-hour fitness class at our Randan headquarters to offer our employees a moment of well-being and energy during their workday.
We have completely renovated common areas and facilities to provide a more pleasant and welcoming environment for everyone.
Our commitment extends beyond our walls: by supporting local initiatives, from the W7 Randan rugby club to the Guérinet Festival, we contribute to the social and cultural vitality of our communities.

- Sustainably reduce our carbon footprint by following a clearly defined trajectory (carbon pathway set at 12,000 tons over a 3-year period)
- Develop even more efficient and environmentally friendly heating solutions
- Support our customers in adopting more responsible and sustainable consumption
- Strengthen the training of our teams in quality, health, safety, and environmental practices
