GUILBAUD Fireplaces at a Glance…

Founded in 1975, the plastering and tiling company Guilbaud expanded into the fireplace business in 1980 as a complementary service—amid the oil crisis—by acquiring a business specializing in the sale and installation of fireplaces and stoves.

It wasn't until 1987 that the store opened in Prahecq, which led to significant growth in the business.
In 2008, the company changed its legal structure to prepare for the succession of Mr. Guilbaud Sr., who then handed the reins over to his sons, David and Simon Patrice.

A versatile team

The team of four installers brings additional support to the two young business owners, offering extensive experience and unparalleled expertise. As
the exclusive retailer and installer of the Seguin and JC Bordelet lines, Cheminées Guilbaud is one of the leading companies in the wood-burning heating sector in the Niort region.
Operating in southern Deux-Sèvres, from Parthenay to Sauzé-Vaussais, Echiré, and even the outskirts of the Poitevin Marshes, the technical and sales team travels to conduct routine technical inspections, provides a free estimate following a heating assessment and consultation with homeowners, and guides them toward the solution best suited to each situation.
The company then manages the project, handles commissioning, and provides after-sales service, including a maintenance contract for peace of mind and to ensure the system remains in perfect working order under all circumstances.
