The Seguin Group is pleased to announce the renewal of the QUALIOPI certification for its training centre, a true mark of quality for our training programmes. This accreditation, granted for a period of three years, is essential for our programmes to be eligible for funding by OPCOs (skills operators), enabling us to deliver technical and commercial training to our network of retailers and installers. Here are a few key insights with Martine BANIZETTE, Head of the Training Centre and Technical Lead for the SEGUIN Group.

QUALIOPI is a national certification that guarantees the quality of vocational training processes. It is based on a rigorous framework that assesses several criteria: identifying learners’ needs, the relevance of training programmes, the results achieved, and the continuous improvement of practices. By obtaining this label, SEGUIN confirms its commitment to offering training that meets learners’ expectations and industry standards. This certification also enables client companies to benefit from OPCO funding, making access to training more affordable.
“Our training courses are aimed at different audiences depending on the subject covered: from newcomers to the profession, to maintenance technicians, as well as experienced installers looking to further develop their skills. The structure of the training is likewise tailored to each audience, with an emphasis on incorporating as much practical work as possible within a limited timeframe,” explains Martine BANIZETTE.
SEGUIN has always chosen continuous training as a key driver of development. Enhancing the skills of our networks is essential, whether to ensure service quality, meet new market demands, or prepare for future challenges. Each training course delivered by the SEGUIN training centre is designed to be a true performance driver, providing knowledge that can be directly applied in participants’ day-to-day work.
Training courses are delivered in small groups, encouraging interaction and a personalised learning experience. They combine theoretical modules with practical, hands-on exercises. Participants leave with concrete training materials and are supported by qualified and experienced trainers who bring a practical approach and in-depth expertise in our products and technologies. Trainers remain attentive to the specific needs of learners to ensure that the content is aligned with their expectations and professional context.
Training provided by SEGUIN ensures that professionals not only master the technical aspects of the products (installation, maintenance, diagnostics), but also best practices in terms of safety and customer service.
The sales and technical teams within our network of retailers are therefore able to advise customers in an expert and personalised manner, taking into account their specific needs and project constraints. Furthermore, the up-to-date skills acquired through SEGUIN training ensure installations comply with current standards and that equipment is used optimally, thereby enhancing customer satisfaction and peace of mind.
By choosing a professional trained by SEGUIN, customers benefit from a reliable, skilled and committed partner.
Always attentive to market developments and the expectations of its partners, the SEGUIN training centre is expanding its offering in 2025.
For Martine BANIZETTE, “The development of our training courses is driven by several sources of feedback: any regulatory changes, participant satisfaction questionnaires completed at the end of each course, as well as field feedback from sales managers regarding specific needs.”
In 2025, several new training courses will be introduced, along with revised programmes designed to better meet the needs of our network:
- Introduction to the wood heating profession – IMCB – which will be divided into two parts: a technical section and a commercial section, with an extended duration to allow for a more in-depth development of product arguments
- Des formations OPEN FIRE se décomposant en deux parties : gestion commerciale et gestion des interventions – avec pour chaque partie deux niveaux
- Training courses specifically developed for our CLUB SEGUIN customers who are engaged in diversifying their core business:
- THERMOLAB training (pellet boilers)
- REVERSIBLE AIR CONDITIONING training (air-to-air heat pumps)
- PHOTOVOLTAIC training
By renewing this certification, the SEGUIN training centre confirms its role as a strategic partner in supporting networks and enhancing the skills of industry professionals.
